By accepting membership to the eInformation Systems Security and Audit Association, its officers, directors, agents, trustees,
and employees, harmless for all acts or failures to act while carrying out the purpose of the Association as set forth in its
respective bylaws.

Initial payment entitles New Members to membership beginning the first day of the month following the date payment is received
by Association Office through the end of a relevant accounting year i.e. 1st April to 31March of each year. No rebates of dues is available upon early resignation of membership.
